Location
Located in Ardıç district, Çeşme, vacation villa is within walking distance to two small bays. Both of them are approximately 200 metres away from the house and can be reached in 3-4 minutes by walk.
The bay known as Küçük Liman (or Çardak), overlooks the Ilıca public beach. In this bay, there is a stone pier and the beach is covered with small pebbles and a sandy area, which can be seen in the photos below. The sunset behind the island of Chios offers a very nice view.
In the other bay, which is located next to Ardıç Folkart, the beach is partly sandy and partly covered with small pebbles; Lying down for sun bathing with a sunbed or towel is more comfortable here than in the other bay.

Ardıç neighborhood and its bays are calm and peaceful even on the most crowded days in Çeşme. However, it is 800 m. to the Ilıca public beach, 2.5 km to the center of Ilıca, 3.5 km to Alaçatı and 15 km. to Çeşme Marina. You can easily blend in with the crowd whenever you want.
Şifne, where the hot springs are located, is 1 km. Ildırı Village (which is the set of many TV series) and the ancient city of Erythrea, are 14 km. away.
Ardıç, the greenest area of Çeşme, is generally cool and breezy even on the hottest summer days. However, in recent years, sweltering heat for 4-5 days in July is effective during the daytime and at noon. I would like to remind our guests who are considering renting to take into account that there is no air conditioning in the house.
