Ground floor
There is an open kitchen, a small toilet and a living room on the ground floor of the rental summer villa. There is a swing armchair and dining table on the 15 square meter front veranda. The 20 square meter back veranda is where the main entrance door of the house is located. It offers an ideal environment for sunbathing as it gets intense sun in the morning.
A short-term guest can comfortably accommodate in the Ikea sofa in the living room.
Apart from the dining table in the front veranda, there is also a 4-person dining table inside the living room.
A 55 inches Samsung UHD Smart TV, which is mounted on the wall is available for guests in the living room. Guests can use Netflix, Amazone Prime etc. with their own user accounts. The television also provides access to hundreds of channels with two antennas directed to European and Asian satellites on the roof.
The kitchen includes a Bosch brand new refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and aspirator, as well as a Tchibo branded coffee machine and all kinds of kitchen utensils required for cooking, serving and storing.
In addition, white and red wine glass sets, raki, champagne and cognac glass sets are offered to the guests.
