The twin house is located in a half-acre garden and can be perceived as one single house from the outside. The two houses are completely seperate; there is no connection between them from the inside. The rental villa is on the left in the above photo. In the other house lives the landlady, a retired pediatrician.

The house was built using C30 and C40 concrete for safety and the walls were built with Ytong, providing thermal insulation.

The rental summer villa is a 4-storey building with a basement, ground floor, first floor and a view terrace at the top; It has a net 120 square meter closed and approximately 55 square meter open living area.  The open storage area at the back patio can be used for functional purposes such as safely holding hobby materials or drying clothes.

The verandas at the front and the back, the balconies of the rooms and the view terrace offer an ideal environment to have a pleasant time.  The sea can be seen from all floors except basement, and a view extending up to Karaburun Akdağ can be seen from the terrace.

All window systems, including basement, are made by German Kömmerling. All windows can be opened vertically and mosquito nets are fitted.

 

There are mulberry, apricot, pear and pomegranate trees in the garden, which is approximately 250 square meters in size. In addition, the Juniper trees, which give the name to the neighbourhood, enrich the garden.
