Deposit

The deposit fee of the summer house for rent is 8,000 TL .

The tenant can pay the deposit in any foreign currency; If there is no situation that requires the use of the deposit fee, the deposit will be refunded within 5 working days at the latest after the house has been vacated.

The tenant is not responsible for the deterioration of any furniture in the house for any reason other than user error. It will not affect the deposit. An item that breaks down in this way is replaced with a new one as soon as possible without affecting our guest's holiday.

The decision to replace or repair items damaged by careless use or accident is at the discretion of the landlord. When repaired, the items that are in the condition they were delivered to the guest will be repaired, However, items that cannot be repaired in a good way or that find an expense close to replacement will be replaced with a new one, and the cost will be deducted from the deposit amount.

After the rental decision is made, it is expected that the rent and deposit amount for the agreed period will be paid in one go by bank transfer. It is not possible to reserve the house by prepayment. The deposit will be transferred to the bank account specified by the tenant within 5 working days after the end of the rental period.
