Expectations from the tenant

In principle, it is not appropriate to bring pets to the rental villa. However, some non-aggressive breeds can be tolerated, provided they stay in the garden or patio.

It is not appropriate to smoke inside the house. Smoking is allowed on balconies and other open areas.

Barbecue can be used on the back porch and terrace. The house is surrounded by trees on all, therefore t is not appropriate to light a barbecue in the garden.

Generally, the tenant can enter the house at 14:00 on the day of the rental start. On the day of departure, it is expected to leave at 11:00 o'clock. However, flexibility can be shown in this regard, depending on the availability of the house.

The tenant will receive the home professionally cleaned; in the same way, professional cleaning is expected to be delivered. In case of leaving the house without the opportunity to be cleaned, the landlord will have the house cleaned by a professional cleaner at the current market price of the day and the cost will be deducted from the deposit.

Depending on normal usage conditions, electricity, water, cylinder gas and internet usage fees are included in the rental price. However, in case of excessive consumption of the tenant in any way, the amount other than the normal consumption fee will be deducted from the deposit amount.

The tenant is expected to be attentive to the appliances and electronic devices in the house. In the event that any device fails, the repair must be done through an authorized service. In the event of such a setback, it is expected that the landlord will be notified first.

It is more appropriate to bring hygienic items such as sheets, pillows, covers and towels that are in direct contact with the body by the tenant.
