  • Double-phase electricity comes from the mains to the house; It can be surprising for unfamiliar users. Generally, one of the phases is affected in any network power failure. In this case, although some parts of the house have electricity, some parts of the house do not. For example, the television works, but the socket that the oven is connected to is not powered. Those who do not know this situation may think that the device is broken. However, the situation is a simple power outage.

  • The washing machine in the rental summer house is an old model Arçelik. However, it still functions very well.

  • A lamppost outside the house, which is not quite evident in the photos on this promotional site, influences the view from one of the first floor front bedrooms and from the terrace. We find it useful to know this for those who decide to rent the house by examining it on the website.  

  • There is no air conditioning in the rental summer house, as it has not been needed until now.  Whether the house is generally in the shade for most of the day, and  the use of Japanese Ytong, which provides heat insulation on the walls, has not felt the warmth until today.  

  • In the garden of the summer house  some trees and flowers are thorny; Especially our guests with small children should pay attention.
