The basement of the summer rental house, which has a net usage area of 35 square meters, provides sufficient light and air flow thanks to the windows on three sides.

The place offers a natural air-conditioning environment even on the hottest days of summer. There is a double bed (160 x 200 cm.), an Ikea sofa (that can be folded out and used as a bed), two reading chairs, a bookcase and a 3-door wardrobe in the room.  Also, a work desk can be placed here if needed.

It is not possible to connect to the home internet line from here; however, Turkcell and Vodafone 4G networks can be connected. The part under the stairs is suitable for holding luggage.
